Return Policy

Return policies are the rules retail merchants establish to manage the process by which customers return or exchange unwanted or defective merchandise that they have purchased previously.

Return policies are an extension of the customer service retailers provide.

If the buyer faces any problem with the product, he/she will have the option to use the return policy as specified by the seller.

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Do refer to the respective product's exact applicable return policy on the product page.

A product is returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received it in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on our website.

The return Policy is 05 days duration with possible return modes of Refund, replacement or exchange based on the product.

For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

The exchange and replacement will be subject to availability of the stock.

We will process a return only if: 

  1. We determine that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  2. the product is not different from what we shipped to you
  3. you return the product in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Return/ Replacement request will not be accepted under:

  1. If Product is returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories).
  2. If Serial Number is tampered.
  3. If Products are Altered/ Used.
  4. For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 72 hours of the delivery.
  5. Any other physical damage
  6. Return Policy will not applicable for Store Pickup Orders (check everything before leavening store)

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device before returning. OnBeli shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Products may not be eligible for a return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

You cannot return products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page

You do not require additional information to return an eligible order, unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy

General return policy terms: 
1. Customer can place a replacement request within 05 days of order delivery. In cases of Damaged/ Missing product, the return request should be raised within 72 hours of Delivery.

  1. Replacement request will be reviewed by OnBeli Customer Support Team.
  2. After the approval, Pickup of the product will be arranged.
  3. For Returns, Customers can choose Self Shipment option or pick through our Courier Partners.
  4. In case of Self Shipment, Please mention the Order Number on the packet along with the Address (as mentioned in the email by us) before handing over the packet to the Courier Company. Share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us, as a proof for dispatching the parcel, addressed to us. 
  5. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

Note: Please take UNBOXING video before open the package for your reference. And do not accept the package if the seal is broken / tampered.  

Conditions while packing your Product for Pick up: 

  1. Unused Product:
    The product should be unused, without any scratches/stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a mobile/ laptop/ tablet/ accessories, the device should be formatted and screen lock (iCloud, pin, pattern or fingerprint) must be disabled.
  2. Product Matching: 

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number must match with the box & Invoice.

  1. Complete Product: 
    All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, spare straps, chargers, cables, headphones, etc.), as applicable, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
  2. Undamaged Product/ Packing:

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, display, back- panel, side buttons, Power Buttons etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Note:

-The Courier Partner will refuse to accept a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

- For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Refund Policy: 

If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you.

If you are unsatisfied with your replacement, or if the specific product or model that you want is out of stock, our customer support team may advise you to opt for a refund.

Choose the Request Return option after filling out the details from your My Orders page. Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you in one of three ways:

  1. As an IMPS transfer if you have paid via cash-on-delivery.
  2. As a refund via the same source that you used to pay for the order (called Back to Source). For example, this means that if you paid via your AXIS Debit card, your refund will be credited to the same account.
  3. Via IMPS into a bank account specified by you while creating the return, if you choose to get refund into a bank account instead of taking refund Back to Source. (Available for Debit Card and Netbanking forward payments).

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 05 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 05 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
